In Cologne-Mülheim lay the 'Bertoldi Gärten' collections. Mulheim is a district of the German city of Cologne. The site consists of six residential complexes, the first three of which were completed by Ten Brinke in mid-January 2021. A month later, the first residents moved into the homes. These three complexes all contain more than 76 rental apartments. Public transport options are at walking distance so that residents remain connected to the tranquility of the city. Other amenities such as supermarkets and schools are also nearby. Green living is central to the design of the complex. The windows are large for lots of light. On the balconies of the houses, residents also experience the ‘outdoor life’ in an urban environment.
NESTcoat was involved in this new construction project in Cologne. There were scratches in the coating of the balcony railings. Which were made during construction. We were asked to repair the scratches in the correct RAL color. By repairing the scratches on the balconies, we help to realize a timely delivery of the three complexes.
