Mechanical engineering is an important sector. In this industry (parts of) machines and equipment are produced for organizations and private individuals. These are important for streamlining a smooth production process of, among others, food, transport and consumer products. An interruption of the process means no production. This is why it is important that these machines remain in the best condition.
Robotics and automation have made the production process much faster. Processes must continue to run. Periodic maintenance is essential to ensure that the production process continues smoothly and the machines continue to meet safety requirements. Not only the functional properties of the machine, but also the coating. Many machine parts are made of metal and finished with this protective layer to protect the machine. This coating is necessary to protect the machine against external influences. To ensure that any damage to the coating is not overlooked and weak spots in the coating are discovered in time, you need a permanent partner who can do these tasks for you. We visit the desired location and provide an extensive check and, if necessary, repair or strengthen the coating. Thanks to our approach, the production process often does not even need to be interrupted. This way we ensure that production is disrupted as little as possible.
Some machine parts are more vulnerable to corrosion. Such as machine parts that are located in the open air or in industrial areas. These machines are continuously exposed to different weather conditions and acids and/or salts. Without the right protection and the right maintenance, the metal preservation will be affected more quickly. In the long run, this means damage to the machine and its function. Even intensive use of machines can easily cause scratches or other damage. This damage can lead to corrosion. It is important to have these damages repaired and the corrosion removed.
Sometimes it happens that the coating is damaged to such an extent that it is structurally affected. Is this the case? We examine the damage on location and renovate the conservation in consultation. By repairing the coating, you not only invest in maintaining the machine, but you also save considerable costs in the long run. The machine needs to be replaced less quickly and can therefore produce more. Because the coating does not have to be renewed, but can be repaired on site, the life of the metal product and the machine is extended.
Some machines or parts are assembled at a different location, after which they are transported to the customer. Despite the fact that assembly and transport is often done as carefully as possible, the risk of damage remains. Once the product has been assembled on site, assembly damage is also a common annoyance. We can also repair these damages on location and provide the machine with the right protection again.
