The distribution center is being built according to 'BREEAM Very Good guidelines.' This is a BREEAM-NL guideline in which the requirements with regard to a sustainable building or area are set. Approximately 32,000 solar panels will be installed on the roof of A58 LOGISTICS Roosendaal.
Victorem Investments will build the logistics center 'A58 LOGISTICS' together with BVR Groep. As the name implies, the 43,000 square meter building will be located along the A58. This location was chosen because of its favorable location between Rotterdam, Antwerp and Breda and the good connection via the A58. The distribution center is currently being used by Lidl International.
We have repaired damage that occurred during transport and during construction. The damage was located on the building's supporting structure. To restore this, we have used aerial platforms. We were also able to repair a large part on the ground before it was mounted. By properly repairing the damage in one go, we ensure metal preservation that protects for a long time. The frame of a building must of course be well protected against corrosion, a well-closed conservation contributes to this. By carrying out damage repair on location, we contribute to the goals of the client. It now has a construction with a high-quality conservation, without the construction project being delayed.
