Greenhouse construction profiles are constructions of box profiles that are used worldwide for the construction of new greenhouses. This for vegetables, plants and seeds in, among others, China, America and large parts of Europe. These constructions are provided with a hot-dip galvanized layer and then also provided with a white powder coating. This makes the constructions highly resistant to the climate in the greenhouses. The white powder coating also contributes to the diffusion of light within the greenhouse.
Before the profiles are powder coated, we play a role in preserving the profiles. We do this by removing zinc residues that are left behind. In this way we prevent this contamination from leading to corrosion. In addition, we also prepare the coating for the hot-dip galvanized profiles for greenhouse construction. This ensures that the steel surface is leveled.
