Near Hoofddorp is the Haarlemmermeer, with this pavilion on the shore: the Hydrapier. Here visitors can relax with a snack and drink while enjoying the view or to meet for business discussions. The building was originally completed in 2002 and designed by Asymptote Architecture. After a fire in 2018, the restaurant has now been rebuilt.
The fire caused coating damage to the structure inside the building. With our renovation service, we contributed to the aesthetic and functional recovery of metal preservation. Our focus here was on taking care of a conservation that is in line with the rest of the architecture. It has been restored to a metallic color. In this way we contribute to a pleasant experience for future visitors.
