Residential house - Tinte - steel staircase

The project

This straight staircase is located in a private house in Tinte, a village with about 250 inhabitants in the Netherlands. The stringers and the rest of the stairs are made of steel and then provided with a coating. The coating provides extra protection for the stairs and contributes to an attractive appearance. A stair stringer is the frame on the side of the stairs to which the steps are attached. Most stairs have two stringers. The angle of the stringer determines which stairs you get; a spiral staircase, straight staircase or spiral staircase.

Our contribution

The coating on the stringers was damaged. We repaired the damage on site in the same color as the rest of the stairs (RAL 7016).
