This residential complex has a unique view across the North Sea and is also close to all urban amenities. The facade of the complex is inspired by a mainsail and the front side of it symbolizes the bow of a sharp yacht.
Residential tower Zeezicht is a 40 meter high, modern apartment complex with access to 45 unique rental apartments for the higher segment. Each apartment has an area of ±95 square meters. The apartments are located on the Hellingweg in Scheveningen on the border of the city, harbor and sea. The view of the North Sea makes living here unique. The beach is within walking distance, as is the extensive choice of catering establishments. Construction of the residential tower started in 2019 and was led by Stebru. Facade builder De Groot en Visser provided an efficient solution for the facade cladding. The residential tower was completed in early 2021.
To ensure timely delivery of the residential tower, NESTcoat carried out work on anodized aluminum. The client called in us to repair damage that had occurred to various frames. By repairing the damage, the residential tower could be delivered on time for occupancy.
