We’re looking for a motivated production worker to join our production team in Alblasserdam. You’ll be working on levelling hot-dip galvanized surfaces. You’ll also help with assembly and pre-assembly work. No experience is required: if you’re motivated and eager to learn, we’ll help you master the trade.
You’ll contribute to a specialist process that ensures metal products look neat and are ready for the next stage. You’ll work in two shifts. And if you want to develop your skills further, there may be opportunities to progress to powder coating work and, potentially, on-site coating repair work throughout the Netherlands and occasionally abroad.

NESTcoat specialises in metal preservation. We protect metal surfaces against corrosion and help maintain the appearance and functionality of metal products.
We do this both at production facilities and on-site at customers’ premises. We work on a wide variety of projects and provide specialist services to, among others, powder coating companies and hot-dip galvanising plants.
Our services are used for metal products around the world. This makes our work varied and gives you the opportunity to learn a specialist trade.
As a Production Worker - Metal Surface Treatment, you’ll work alongside your colleagues to improve metal surfaces.
Your responsibilities will include:
Levelling hot-dip galvanized surfaces.
Improving the appearance and quality of steel products.
Carefully finishing metal surfaces.
Learning to identify and treat surface imperfections.
Carrying out assembly work.
Carrying out pre-assembly work.
Working with colleagues to achieve a high-quality end result.
You’ll learn the work on the job. Step by step, you’ll develop the skills you need to work independently and carefully. You’ll work in two shifts.
Interested in the trade and keen to learn more? You’ll have opportunities to develop your skills and potentially progress to on-site coating repair work in the Netherlands and abroad.
