We’re looking for a motivated production worker to join our production team in Groningen. You’ll be working on levelling hot-dip galvanized surfaces. No experience is required. If you’re motivated and eager to learn, we’ll teach you the skills you need.
You’ll contribute to a specialist process that improves the appearance of metal products and prepares them for the next stage. Would you like to develop your skills further? There are opportunities to progress into powder coating work and potentially coating repair work at locations throughout the Netherlands and occasionally abroad.

NESTcoat specialises in metal preservation and protection. We protect metal surfaces against corrosion while helping maintain the appearance and functionality of metal products.
We carry out our work both at production facilities and on-site at customers’ locations. We work on a wide range of projects and provide specialist services for, among others, powder coating companies and galvanising plants.
Our services are used on metal products around the world. This makes our work varied and gives you the opportunity to learn a specialist trade.
As a production worker specialising in metal surface treatment, you’ll work alongside your colleagues to improve metal surfaces.
Your tasks will include:
Levelling hot-dip galvanized surfaces and zinc coatings.
Improving the appearance and quality of steel products.
Carefully finishing metal surfaces.
Learning to identify and treat surface imperfections.
Working with colleagues to achieve a high-quality end result.
You’ll learn on the job. Step by step, you’ll develop the skills you need to work independently and carefully.
Interested in the trade and keen to learn more? You may have the opportunity to develop your skills further and progress into on-site coating repair work in the Netherlands and abroad.

Salary in accordance with the Dutch Metal and Engineering collective labour agreement (CAO Metaal en Techniek).
