NESTcoat zoekt een enthousiaste meewerkend voorman om ons productieteam in Alblasserdam te versterken. Hier werk je in eerste instantie vooral aan het egaliseren van thermisch verzinkte oppervlakken. De producten waar je aan bijdraagt worden over de hele wereld ingezet. Je verleent een unieke dienst waar poedercoaterijen en verzinkerijen dankbaar gebruik van maken. Je leert niet alleen deze handvaardigheden maar ook alle ins en outs over metaalconservering.

Over het bedrijf

NESTcoat als totale organisatie werkt inhouse en op locatie. Al onze diensten hebben te maken met metaalconservering. We beschermen het metaal tegen corrosie. Onze focus ligt hierbij op esthetiek en functionaliteit. NESTcoat is een bedrijf met veel ambitie. We dragen bij aan projecten in meerdere landen en het is ons doel om het staal van de Eiffeltoren te onderhouden.

Jij bent:

Gemotiveerd en leergierig
Geïnteresseerd in techniek
Iemand met een hands-on mentaliteit
Goed verstaanbaar in het Engels, Nederlands is zeer welkom.
Een leider maar ook een teamspeler

Je hebt supervisie over de esthetiek en kwaliteit van staalproducten

NESTcoat is recruiting an enthusiastic cooperative foreman to strengthen our production team in Alblasserdam.

Initially you will primarily work on leveling hot-dip galvanized surfaces. The products you will contribute to are used worldwide. You will provide a unique service that is gratefully used by powdercoating companies and galvanizing plants. In addition to learning these manual skills, you will also be taught all the ins and outs of metal preservation.

About the company

NESTcoat works in-house and on different locations. All of our services are related to metal preservation. NESTcoat protects the metal from corrosion. Our focus is especially on aesthetics and functionality. We are a company full of ambition. We contribute to projects in numerous countries and one of our goals is to maintain and care for the steel of the Eiffel Tower.

Your qualities:

Hands on mentality
Motivated and interested in technic
Who is a good leader but also a teamplayer, managerial skills - planning, organizing, monitoring and controlling the implementation of tasks in the Team
Ability to work and make decisions under the pressure of time and tasks
Knowledge of English (Dutch is welcome)

Responsibilities:

Effective management of employees
Setting goals for employees and their enforcement
Implementation of production plans
Supervision over the quality of the production
Enforcement of compliance with health and safety procedures
